Grassman Documentary on History Channel

As I stated in my previous Bigfoot expedition post, there is a Bigfoot-like creature who has allegedly been roaming the woods of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park terrifying (and in some instances attacking) innocent townsfolk.

The creature is known as the GRASSMAN.

As irony would have it, the History Channel is airing a 60-minute documentary on the subject tomorrow night (Wednesday, June 18) at 9 p.m. during its MonsterQuest series.

Personally, I've never watched any of the MonsterQuest series on the History Channel. To be honest, I never knew the show existed until my buddy Craig told me about it, and tomorrow night's episode, during the Iron Maiden concert last Thursday. Thanks Craig!

Consider me a new fan.

Click here to entertain yourself and read over some GRASSMAN reader board entries in the MonsterQuest Forum.

A highlight in the forum suggests that fellow Ohioan and Bigfoot enthusiast Don Keating captured video of an alleged White Bigfoot near New Moscow, Ohio, in Coshocton County.

Like myself, I'm sure his fluffy, mustached face is going to be planted in front of his shaggy big-screen TV tomorrow night.

I am an independent naturalist living in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Part of my reseach is to compare living and past life forms. When Abraham Lincoln was president, parakeets were wild in Ohio, with monkeys in the Keys or Florida itself 500 years ago. Lewis and Clarke inform us that Ohio was wall-to-wall woods. They also reported unknown species that are no longer present in the American West, including a robin species similar to African robins today. The further we go back into the past, the more we realize that species today once possessed ranges well beyond today's ranges. Even today certain species still maintain circumpolar and other extensive ranges, and they are returning back to ranges once held hundreds and thousands of years ago! All of this supports the real possibility of primates, even large ones, remaining in the more wooded regions of the world.

Thanks Anonymous, I wholeheartedly agree. I just wish that the producers of the MonsterQuest show would have taken the GRASSMAN plausibility as seriously as you do - and myself.
